.romance.

I was so excited to receive these pictures in my inbox from the amazing wedding I referenced in an earlier post. The bride, Natalie, had a vision and it was sublime.
She rented farm tables and mismatched chairs and china from Maggpie Vintage Rentals and
made an amazing ribbon backdrop for the outdoor, woodsy ceremony.
She wanted her flowers to be natural, muted, organic and vintage looking.
I was more than happy to oblige and the results were stunning.

Natalie asked me to make flower garlands for her hair and for her two maids of honor.

I love the way they complimented the hairstyles.

The bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Natalie's flowers.

Definitely a unique wedding. Love it!

Such a gorgeous reception.

Natalie's bouquet of David Austin garden roses, black cosmos, lavender daisies, peach stock
seeded eucalyptus, fresh lavender, orange gomphrenia and white lisianthus.

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Toops!
It was pure delight to put these flowers together for your special day.

.modern.

Megan's vision for her late May wedding
had clean lines, crisp colors and classy style.
Black, white and lime green were her colors.

Doesn't she look gorgeous?!
The bridesmaids carried white roses, green hydrangea, green spider mums, and white lilies.
The bouquets looked fantastic with their black dresses.

Megan carried white roses, white hydrangea, white lilies, hypericum berries and salal leaves.
Her bouquet was wrapped in white satin ribbon with black lace.

The results were striking and everyone looked so beautiful.
Congratulations Michael and Megan!

.unique.

I loved doing the flowers for this wedding because the bride and groom are so unique and wanted every aspect of their special day to be as unique as they are.  "Typical" was not in their vocabulary.

For the bride I used black baccarra roses, black callas and a single red rose.

The bridesmaids and flowers girls had a mix of white roses, red roses and black callas
to compliment their black and red dresses.
